Our CBE crew joined 250 environmental justice leaders from across California in Sacramento for CEJA’s annual Congreso! 💚🌎 Together, we met with legislators, shared our stories, and pushed for policies that put frontline communities first.
We’re grateful to our members for showing up with heart and power! This year, 19 CBE staff and members from across our communities traveled by car, Amtrak, and plane to stand together in this movement.
We ate together, danced, and spent hours at the Capitol sharing our policy priorities with legislators.
