We will be hosting another rental assistance workshop this Wednesday, February 25th from 6-8pm @ CBE’s office located in 6325 Pacific Blvd, Huntington Park (third floor), where we will be helping residents fill out the LA County Emergency Rental Assistance application!
Eligible applicants:
– Unpaid rent
– Unpaid mortgage
– Other unpaid expenses separate from rent
Things to bring (if able):
– Address
– Landlord Name, email and phone number
– Form of identification, and proof of address
Things to note:
– Landlord must also apply to this application
If you or anyone you know is in need of rental assistance because you/they are behind on rent or other bills, please come through to our office and we will help you apply. Please remember to RSVP if you plan on attending.
