Emergency financial assistance foreligible past due rent and mortgage related hardship

Grants of up to six (6) months of relief

Maximum of $15,000 per unit, with limited exceptions

Landlords will still be required to complete their portion.

Eligible expenses may include

Unpaid rental debt

Eligible utilities

Other verified, related housing expenses

Applications will not be considered if either party does not participate.
