Toxic TourToxic tours include visits to refineries, chemical sites, and brownfields in the Northern California Bay Area and Los Angeles. You will hear personal stories of community members struggling to hold industry and government officials accountable for toxic pollution in their neighborhoods. These tours will strengthen personal knowledge of how you can protect your health. Through toxic tours CBE hopes to educate and increase public awareness and action about the communities we work with and outreach to a broader public about the impacts of environmental racism. Toxic Tours! Below is the schedule for public toxic tours in both Los Angeles and the Bay Area. If you are interested in joining a tour, please inquire with the contact person listed next to the tour date. Spaces are limited so you are encouraged to sign up early.
