CBE's Letter Writing Campaign and Online PetitionThe Chevron oil refinery in Richmond, CA is expanding to refine more dirtier crude oil!Tell the Planning Commission that you are concerned about the environmental impacts of this project! Let them know that this expansion will cause more flaring, fires, and pollution! If you live or work in Richmond, or the surrounding communities, the Planning Commission needs to hear from you! Having your opinion heard on this important issue is as easy as 1, 2, 3!
